MISE

Terms

Last updated 6 October 2026

Using Mise means agreeing to what follows. It is deliberately short. À un flâneur runs the service; [email protected] reaches a person.

What Mise does

It reads your clothes from photographs, keeps the wardrobe that results, recommends pieces from shops it has catalogued, and generates previews of a garment on you.

A preview is a generated picture, not a measurement. It is an idea of how something might look, and it is not a promise about fit, colour, size or what will arrive in a box.

Your account

One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under yours, and for the address you signed in with.

You can close it at any time in Settings. We may close an account that breaks the rules below, and we will say why.

What you upload

Your photographs stay yours. You give us permission to store them and to send them to the processors named in the privacy policy, for the single purpose of doing what you asked — reading a piece, or generating a preview. Nothing more.

Only upload photographs of yourself, or of things you own. Do not upload a photograph of another person without their agreement, and do not upload anything illegal, abusive, or sexual involving a minor. Accounts that do are closed and reported.

Subscriptions and previews

The subscription renews itself — monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you buy it — until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the current period running to its end; a part-used period is not refunded.

Everybody gets a few previews of shop clothes before subscribing, and a calendar-month allowance after. Packs of previews bought separately never expire, and are not refunded once used.

Prices can change. A change to a running subscription is announced before it applies, and you can cancel instead.

Shops and prices

The catalogue describes clothes sold by other shops. Buying happens with them, under their terms, and the price, availability and delivery are theirs. We copy what they publish, and what they publish is sometimes wrong or out of date.

What we do not promise

The service is offered as it is. We keep it running and fix what breaks, but we do not promise it is uninterrupted, and we are not liable for a purchase you made elsewhere because of something it showed you.

Nothing here removes a right the consumer law of your country gives you.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Brazil, and disputes go to the courts of São Paulo — unless the consumer law where you live gives you somewhere nearer.
