Deleting your account

You can delete your Mise account yourself, at any time, from inside the app. Nobody has to approve it and there is no waiting period.
In the app
Open Settings, scroll to Delete account, type your email address to confirm, and press the button. It takes effect immediately.
The same thing is on the website, at mise.aunflaneur.com, under Settings.
What is deleted
Your profile, your wardrobe and every photograph in it, the photographs of you, every preview generated from them, your measurements, your preferences, your messages, your ratings and your follows. The image files are removed from storage, not merely hidden.
An active subscription is cancelled at the same moment, so nothing bills again.
What is kept, and for how long
Records of payments already made — the amount, the date and the invoice — for as long as tax and accounting law requires. In Brazil that is five years. These contain no photographs and no wardrobe data.
If you cannot sign in
Write to [email protected] from the address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We do it within 15 days, and usually the same day.
